Diabetic or prediabetic - buy this book

For those who have ears to hear, this book delivers.
What a vast treasure store of information is contained within its pages. No fluff, this book makes the bold claim that anyone who is a non insulin dependent Type 2 diabetic or prediabetic and still has a functioning pancreas can wage a successful war against diabetes and completely rout this metabolic disorder.
The author of the book suffered from Type 2 diabetes for several years before diagnosis and has cured his diabetes and has helped many others do the same.
After surveying the current medical landscape, this book then lays out a relatively simple plan for putting diabetes into regression.
I was recently clinically diagnosed as prediabetic and have just started implementing the authors protocol. Wow! After trying to get my blood sugar level below 100 mg/dl since diagnosis and failing, I was able to lower it to 90 within one day of performing the authors recommendations.
